We are having trouble booking restaurants because of the President's Day week crowd - we didn't realize that this was peak season at WDW. Most of the restaurants we have requested are booked (at least if we want to eat by 8:30) - one that is available is the Cafe at Grand Floridian - just wanted to know if anyone has eaten there and what you thought - thanks so much (also Morocco is available - again, any opinions?

Last trip(AUG) we left one nite open(no ADRS) and walked into the GFC with no WAITING. Nobody in our party of seven had any complaints and some actually rank it higher than Concourse which we had dined at the night b4.

I had the Prime rib, very good and VERY RARE!!!!!

My mom and wife had the pasta with shrimp and it vanished so quik I did not get to sample.

I love thier breakfast and lunch, dinner not as much.

The last time our service was just not up to par, but that can happen anywhere. It is a lovely restaurant visually.

We like it, but we like Restaurant Marrakech, too. Check out the menus on AllEarsNet and see what strikes your fancy. We've been to both for dinner twice each - we had great service each time, but we usually visit WDW off-peak, so neither place was crowded. You'll enjoy your meal whichever you choose! :sunny:

We most often have lunch there but have enjoyed dinner as well. Good food and service in our experience. Our DIL loves that shrimp dish.
