Grand Cayman Tenders

How long do the tenders take to and from Grand Cayman? How much is there to do at the pier? Is there somewhere to have lunch there?

Depending upon where you anchor it could be about 10 - 15 minutes or less to get from the ship to the pier. You get off right in the middle of "downtown". There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, taxis, etc. right there.

For lunch we can recommend Rackhams, is is oceanside, a short walk down. There is a great little souvenier shop, you walk through and the bar/restaurant is behind, outside, overlooking the water.

Before Rackhams, also oceanside is a microbrewery/restaurant, also deck overlooking the ocean which serves a lighter menu, fresh grilled fish and such, totally delicious.

Both are wonderful.
