Grand Californian DVC

Any one bought yet? When can anyone buy? Also anyone have the point charts for the DVC units at the Grand Californian? I dont want the point charts for the hotel rooms but the actual DVC units. I am sure those are public since they are selling to founder memebers now. Any deals right now some one can recommend.

I have been waiting for these to go on sell to buy points. Any help would be greatly apreciated.
