grand beach

Hello! In just over a month we will be staying for a week at the Grand Beach Resort.

Just wondering if any one has any tips or advice in regards to this resort- not much info on the DIS about this resort.

We have a 3 bedroom condo.

Should we make a room location request? Best route to the parks (WDW and US)?

Anything else we should know about the resort, rooms, location?

Also a weird question- do they have Keurig coffee pots or regular ones?
