Grand 1 catering and booking window

I was thinking about ending my VR day with a dessert party on the Grand1 (provided I can book it when the time comes - I know it is great demand!!!) and I know that GF private dining can provide desserts but does anybody know whether they can provide hot and cold drinks (eg. coffee, tea, hot choc, sodas etc - no alcohol)? Has anybody done this and if so are the drinks billed on a BOC basis or do you have to order a set amount or an amount per person?
Is the booking window for the Grand 1 90 or 180 days?

It looks like they can provide hot and cold drinks, but I am assuming you order ahead. I'm sure you can ask for a BOC option, and maybe they stalk any fridges and charge you for whatever has been consumed
