I thought your story about the guy at the gym was very motivating. Its too bad that there are people who can't keep their mouths shut. It would be awful if that man quit the gym because of their rude comments. I'm so glad that you stuck up for him & gave him support when he needed it the most. When I used to workout at the Y there was a personal trainer there who used to weigh over 350lbs. He got in great shape & became a personal trainer. Everyone loved working with him since he knew what he was talking about.

I usually only get them on the heels and they make little pads to attach to the backs of your shoes. Maybe they make something like that for the arches? I've heard moleskin is supposed to work wonders too, maybe you could put some of that on the bottom of your feet? Check out the foot care section at the store, I'm sure they have some sort of funky invention out there for you!
