GP Discount

If a GP discount for October becomes available during the black out dates, and your package is already paid, will they still issue you a discount by way of a refund?

Yes you will get a refund.

Some posters have said you will have to pay a small fee to change if it is after the 45 day mark, others say there will be no penalty if you are adding a discount. Last week I was told there would be no fee charged for adding a discount, even after the 45 days.
