Gotta question

I was explaining to someone about the DVC and how it worked. I was explaining about annual dues and a question popped into my mind.

Now as we know, DVC has raised the cost per point to buy in to a resort (we all wish we could have bought it at $42/pp, but alas I was only 15 at that time). DVC has also reallocated vacation points (or cost per stay) starting for 2010 (increased points for weekdays, etc).

This is my question: Has DVC changed the cost of dues through the years (i.e has the cost per point, say for VWL, changed from the beginning like gone from $2/pp to what it is now)? Should I expect my annuals dues cost to go up through the term of my contract.
 
Yes, dues have changed over the years. I think Doc had a post with all the resorts' dues over the years. Most of the time the dues went up a bit (there's a cap on how much), but one year BWV went down. That was a treat.
