We are staying Poly conciere 12/29-12/31 after 4 nights at Our home resort of OKW. We just got our itinerary with all our dining choices back from Jeffrey with a big Mahalo! He is great and we didn't really ask for much because we are only there for 2 nights. They respond very quickly to all e-mails or other requests and are extremely welcoming. Can't wait for the splurge(its all on our Disney Visa rewards $$$.

that's so funny b/c we have same planning people who plan for poly guest also plan for wilderness lodge guest. we're staying at the lodge and the email responses from the lodge have been the slowest i have ever experienced. same with the getting a hold of someone on the phone-it's been a whole different experience then when we stayed at the poly conceirge this year. same IPO so go figure
