Got the pop up, now what?

How about a Colman lantern, electric of course, clothlines, and TV?

I have a rechargable Coleman lantern. I'm looking at some awning lights too. I think I'll end up making a list on the site for any additional items people want. The pup doesn't have the storage area up front so a lot will ride in the truck.

Congrats Donnie! That's great!!! Does it have dishes and silverware? Bottle opener? Corkscrew? Blender? I'm thinking of all the important stuff first.

Don't forget the hose so the dishes can get done. How about an extension cord.

Good thinking Ami. Should I offer a wine cellar lol. Kungaloosh supplies? I think a can opener, corkscrew and the like are a good idea. I'm going to provide a pack of good quality paper plates, pack silverware, napkins and paper cups in each rental. I'm not doing any dishes that require washing due to the fact that I would wash them before I use them so that's a lot of wasted water. I'm looking for biodegradable type as well.

Donnie -

JMHO, but I wouldn't stock it with items that are tempting to steal - like awning lites and such. Also - next time you're at FtW, ride around and look at the El Monte rental rigs. If I'm correct, none of them have awnings. I would not put an awning out because your renters will not put them in, nor probably know how to, if a bad storm came up.

Just stock it with the basic stuff and don't get too crazy.

I'm thinking the same thing. There will be a deposit for sure. There's not a whole lot of room for extras so pretty much 4 chairs, table, grill and microwave will be the only detachable items.

I hadn't thought of that....you're so right!

I wouldn't expect much more - it should be just the basics. A big cooler is a necessity though!

Good call on the earth friendly paper products! Wouldn't want to risk renters washing the dishes with the black hose or anything! :scared1::lmao:

Years ago we rented our MH out thru a dealer in New Jersey. If they wanted dishes they would have to take a separte package. Most of them brought their own paper goods. A few cheep pots may be good. Why a table? Most campsites offer a picnic table. Is there a potty if there is make sure you put in the right toilet paper, most people don't realize that there is a difference and if they use the wrong one you can have a really big mess.
