Oh I didn't get to say that I just loved these photos from AK! What great shots of your kiddo's "monkey-in' around!"

Okay, lame humor. ANYhoo... what really got me going though, was reading your telling of you and Connor gathering the muster to ride EE... and the Yeti slipper story... but what made me LOL tonight, was putting this comment from Diane (DISRunner) into context... first we have qualms about riding a crazy rollercoaster, and then she writes...
Now, I know this must be a drink... but, at first read it reminded me of ... well ... what one might do, or one's stomach might do, if the rollercoaster is, well, to "rollercoaster-ish"... There isn't a Yeti, but there could possibly be a "Yak Attack."

I know -- it's the first thing I think of everytime I see Yak Attack! However, I am pretty sure, from what I have heard, that it is pretty yummy as a drink.
I loved Dinoland! And Dinosaur was my favorite ride! Clay and Alison didn't get to ride EE when we were there because it was down. Hannah and I were/are too chicken to ride it! LOL I had SIX FPs for EE and ended up giving them away to a very surprised family! LOL I'm just

thinking about being in AK and so jealous that you're going to be there soon! Love the pictures...especially the monkeyin' around pic.
Just this afternoon Hannah was saying "remember when we were on that safari and we went over that bridge." Even she is

thinking about AK!
We love Dinosaur -- I am always reading that it scares kids and some adults, but for whatever reason it doesn't bother us.
Everest really wasn't bad at all -- it seems worse standing there and watching it, then riding it. The only part that really got to me was when the train stops at the very top because the tracks are torn up, and that's because I am not crazy about heights. I looked very intently at my shoes during that part.
I actually had a dream about the safari last night -- I dreamed the alligators got past their little safety point and they had to shut down the ride. I can tell the trip is getting closer when I start having Disney nightmares.
Jackie, hope you had a fantastic Mother's Day! So so soon you will be at WDW! Lucky you that school is almost done! Love the AK update, the hanging kids pic is great!
Thank you! I did have a nice, relaxing day -- the kids and Charles got me flowers and cards, and then we went over to both of our mothers' houses for a little bit. Hope you had a nice day as well!
Loved these photos!!! Hope you had a Wonderful Mother's Day!!! You deserve it!
Thank you! Hope you had a great day as well!
There's just arguments and fighting all over the place. I can't keep track anymore.
It's probably best to just not "hear" them anymore.
Wait a minute. You rode EE, but you wouldn't ride RnRC???
It's the loop on RNRC -- the thought of going upside down makes my stomach turn.
Our family loves Pizzafari! The restaurant is so pretty... make time to walk around and look at all the animal murals.

I always wind up taking skads of pictures in there!
Kathy
I love the pictures you posted today from Pizzafari and the picture of Tricia laughing at you for taking a picture of the chair. I will have to remember to take a picture of Chelsea because she is always making fun of me doing things like that.
You know, I've never been in the gift shop with all the Yeti stuff! Mostly because I am a big ole scaredy cat who won't go on that ride.
I'll have to check it out though. If only to see the $22 yeti feet.
Oh, yes, you need to check out the gift shop -- it is wonderfully themed (like everything at Disney).
Jackie!!!! Okay what is your countdown for End of school now...only like 14 more days LOL!!!!
I loved reading about your must dos of the Animal Kingdom, I am a huge EE lover and really really enjoy that ride!!!! I don't know I might have to splurge and get those Yeti feet some day LOL!!!!!
Loved your pictures and I can't believe you only have 4 weeks left!! You guys are going to have the best time ever!!!
9 more actual school days -- we are in single digits!
One of us needs to bring the Yeti feet home!
We hope so -- Charles was grumbling the other day, but I think he was just doing it because it is expected of him.
Hope you had a nice Mother's Day, Jackie! I love your pics from last time you went to AK. I don't think I have ever actually eaten at AK, save for a muffin or something. I'm anxious to hear what you think of everything.
Thank you! Oh, you must try some of the things at AK -- they have some great food!
I love the AK pictures, especially the kids acting like monkeys!
Tusker House breakfast buffet is so good! Definitely a choice I would repeat too
Thank you! I am so looking forward to our Tusker House meal -- it is calling my name!
