Thank you!!! You even brought a band!!!
Since my thread seems to be all bound up I'll post a picture of my little helper! Do you think Harper wants to go to Disney World with Mimi, Poppy and Uncle Baylor?
She is such a cutie!!! I think you should bring her along!
Happy Single Digits Jackie!!!! I'm so excited for you that I am this close to packing my stuff up and heading down your way.....Chelsea and Connor won't mind sharing space in the mini-van with me, right?!?!?!??!?!?
I laughed out loud when I read your three favorite kinds of music a page or two back, because that is the usual soundtrack of my life in my car and in my house!!! Those kinds of music can make me happy no matter what is going on!
Love the Connor list....should we be expecting a Chelsea version as well??? We wouldn't want her to get upset!!!!
Enjoy your relaxation....you deserve it babe!!! Wish I could come help you pack...wouldn't that be fun with a pitcher of margaritas to help us "focus!" Ha ha ha ha!! Love ya girlie!
C'mon, Jen! There is plenty of room in the van! Megs and Tom can come, too!
Probably not a Chelsea list -- hers would go something like this:
1. December, 2004: Pitched a fit because her mom wouldn't ride ToT.
2. June, 2007: Pitched a fit because her mom and brother wouldn't ride ToT.
3. October, 2007: Pitched a fit because she wanted to ride Space Mountain instead of watching fireworks.
4. April, 2008: Pitched a fit because her mom wouldn't ride Crush n' Gusher.
5. June, 2008: Pitched a fit because she got root beer float all over herself waiting for Spectro.
Do you see a pattern in this?
Margaritas with you would certainly make packing more fun!
Happy Single Digits!!!!!!!!!!
The list about Connor is cute...though #1 is scary!

for you on that one!
Henry has been to Disney twice and already has his own list going as well...
A rootbeer float sounds awfully tasty!
Thank you! Yes, I don't think it is possible to take children to Disney without them creating their lists of "moments."
Aw, Connor!
That boy has the best outlook on life. Seriously.
Nothing bad ever happens at Disney World. And for him, that's totally true. I think we could all learn a great lesson from the musings of your son, CP.
Thanks! Connor does generally have a really great outlook on life, but he has his "moments" in real life, too. For example, when he went to get his eye exam, he was mad at me for not letting him get the glasses with the sunglasses that snap on. The other day we went to Target and he was mad at me for not spotting him ten dollars for Legos. I told him I was saving my money for Disney. His response? "I never get any new toys! I have nothing to play with at home!" Now, as everyone can see from the pictures of his room over spring break, the boy is far from deprived.

Oh well, he'll thank me when we are at Disney and have spending money.
Jackie,
Just wanted to link you up with my new thread, the old one got moved over to completed today........
Anita
I headed over -- I am so glad you started another one so that we could send you off to Disney properly!
Hello dear!
You are getting so close!! I hope packing goes well - I do both like and don't like to pack; on the one hand, it means you're leaving soon, but on the other hand, I'm always worried I will forget something important like a toothbrush or underwear.
I for one am guilty of picking up items for my trip NOW, and it's 6 months away!! Like tonight after work, I ran to Target (pronounced "Tar-jay" of course) to pick up English muffins and some bell peppers and I came out with some SPF 50 sunscreen for our trip - both spray and regular kind. I am sick, I need help!!
Hi, Katie! I am the same way about packing, but I try to keep in mind what my mom always says about being able to buy anything that we forget as long as we remember the money and the credit cards.
Oh, don't worry -- I have been filling our trip drawer for a year -- wait until you see a photo of it -- it is overflowing at this point!
I've been readiong all along, but with your trip so close, I thought that I would chime in so I can enjoy your last few frantic days prior to the trip!!
By the way, you have a lovely family

Thanks for posting! The more the merrier these last few days!
