Title says it all. Had the speed dial ready this morning at 7am and got the 6:30 reservation for 10 on Christmas for Be Our Guest.

Figure, since this is only 19 days from the opening, that this will be a prized reservation.

Now just have to wait four months.

I thought that reservations were supposed to start at noon!

Will be at WDW only one night before our cruise in December. Wanted to try BOG, but not sure that is going to happen. Thank goodness for repeat dialing.

UPDATE:
I hit a wrong button on my phone after getting to "music" because the automated system could not book what I wanted---cut myself off and I had been trying 1 1/2 hours. Said **#*#* and waited a couple of hours to call back. After another 30 minutes, I was assured that there was nothing available for the date I wanted for dinner.

I just wonder why they are not taking late dinner reservations on the nights they have the MVMCP?
Parks will be open till midnight and there are no reservations after about 6p. Seems like Disney is missing out on a money making opportunity. We wanted a late dinner that night.

I started dialing at 6:59:45 AM. It went right to fast busy. I dialed repeatedly and never even got to the "All circuits are busy" recording. Every few times I got the regular busy which for some reason was very exciting! But after over an hour of trying all I got was the busy signal. I don't have the patience for this anymore. Congrats to those who got through.

I can't even get through to DVC MS now. Just keeps ringing.

EDIT: On hold with DVC MS now. 13 minutes estimated wait! Wow.

It took me almost 2 hours and finally got through.
As a PP said, the original announcement was to open up reservations at noon, but an amended announcement changed it to 7:00 am.
I have my Jan 8th BoG reservations all ready to go.

I tried calling the main dining number starting at 7:00 and could never get through. I switched to calling MS at 9:00 and after 10 minutes of trying and then 10 minutes on hold, I was able to make our BOG reservation. We will be there on 11/24 - can't wait to try it out!

Got tired of dialing the regular dining number. So tried MS....busy, busy. But, just tried again, was on hold for 10 mins, got through. Availability is going fast. Wanted Dec 9, nothing there. So ended up with Dec 12.

We are at WDW November 10-20, and we were hoping to get into Be Our Guest for the 19th. My wife tried for about an hour this morning to get a reservation for Be Our Guest, but to no avail. We'll be back to WDW in June 2013 so we'll try again for that trip.

We might try to go to Be Our Guest for lunch on November 19. However, since that is opening day for BOG, it wouldn't surprise me if a huge number of people go directly from MK's rope drop to BOG and that the waiting line at 9:10 AM for lunch will be unbelievably long.

I finally got in through MS. Wanted Dec 2 and Dec 9 at 5:30 pm. Got Dec 1 at 7:55 pm.

Went through MS and waited around 15 minutes. I was so happy got November 24th our first choice for 7 people at 7:35. I was up and trying at 7:00 and just got busy signal for 2 hours on the regular dining line. So glad I went on here and was reminded I could go through MS.

Maybe it's sign of things to come and my waitlist will come through so I can change to AKV from SSR for our Christmas reservation because

we got a 5:30pm Christmas Day for 7!!!!!!!!

My wife is beyond excited!!!

Everyone keeps saying these reserved through MS. What is this and how do I call them? Been trying (407) WDW-DINE all morning and only getting a busy signal.

I don't know what MS is but I just tried Disney Dining's number and it said "sorry we can not complete your call at this time". Looks like we all jammed up the lines! Imagine how annoying that would be if you were staying there now and needed to change a dining reservation!?

Hoping for early January reservation. How exciting for the people that have gotten Christmas dinner reservations....awesome!
