Got back last weekend and finally able to post. Got a bug when I got home. One word was hot, brought my son from Texas and this heat even bothered him. Was able to do what we want and saw 4 parks in 3 days. First recommendation is to go to MGM when there are 2 Fantasmic shows. We were able to go on so many rides with no waits because of everybody in the first show. We went thru 1 and 1/2 cases of bottled water for 4 people. Parks were clean but there were less helpful or friendly people as I seen before. Rain was called for each day at the park 30 or 40 percent but no rain was seen at all. Wish it would have rained because it would have been cooler. Any questions let me know. Thanks

I know the heat has been brutal the last few weeks but glad you had a good time. Sounds like the crowds were moderate. Where did you stay?

Welcome back to Toledo!! We are from Akron and leave in 10 days for WDW. Have you been in the summer before? if so how were the crowds compared to past years? Did you do EE?

I was one of the lucky one and got the Dolphin for 70 dollars a night. We stayed offsite 3 nights for my convention at the Radison World Gate and then the last 3 nights at the Dolphin. We just loved the Dolphin. First time staying on property and it was very nice to leave the van parked for 3 days and use the boat and bus transportation. Crowds were the worst at Animal Kingdom and that was a early entry day so we got out of there at 1pm and went over to Epcot. Otherwise we never had more than a 30 minute on any one particular ride. Did the Magic Kingdom on Wednesday and it was dead in the morning. We got done with Fantasyland in about 80 minutes which I thought was pretty good. I tolerated the heat pretty good but it really drained my wife and 2 year old. 2 year old just had a blast. Was not afraid of the characters at all. Went right up and gave each one a hug, blew them kisses goodbye, only probelm was some of the wait in lines he couldn't take. Can't compare crowds since this was our first visit in the summer. And according to my wife the last time for the summer. She likes the December, January time to visit. Any more questions be free to ask.
