Got an email

I called SW about a week ago with a couple of questions. Then I get an email my changes were confirmed

I never said anything about wanting to change.
I checked the original booking and everything was the same as what the email said just wondering why they sent out an email for changes when there weren’t any changes.
Just curious
 
The email is probably automatically triggered when the reservation is opened, even if no changes were made. That assumes your call involved questions that the agent had to look up within your reservation.
 
Oh thanks that makes perfect sense. I just panicked when I saw changes made. When I didn’t make any changes.
 
I agree with what lanejudy said. I would log into the website or app to double check everything is still normal there. If it is, then you're good (I know you said everything looked good in the email, but the website/app should be the most up to date if anything did change).
