I'm staying at my home resort VWL in Jan. I got a call today saying welcome home, thanks for booking, etc. and asking if they could help me with setting up the DP, purchasing park tickets, or setting up my FP times. Interesting! Anyone else get this type of call? When we went to WDW in June no one called.

I tend to receive a phone call every quarter and when the 'special rates' we are eligible for are released as well as emails for every sales/itinerary release, etc..
