Got a call from a CM today!

Well wasn't that nice. They have opened the parks later so our Magical Wishes Cruise on April 28th is changed to an hour later. She was so nice on the phone and said they are sending me out another confirmation plus updating our itinerary.

It was just great to hear from them and I know it's getting so real now. It just sounded so fun as she was explaining to me what happens and then told me we'd most likely get to see the Electric Water Parade as well b/c of the time change ...How cool is that???

Who else has done the Magical Gatherings Cruise? I've heard on here that you need to meet early for the desserts but the CM tonight said we don't and can arrive close to 8:45? Any help?

I'll cheer for that!!! I have done a wishes cruise, but not a magical gatherings cruise. Sorry I can't help.

I hope you kept her on hold for 20 minutes, then asked her name, phone #, address, how many times she's been to your state, how many times she's been there in the last two years, what are the names and ages of her children, etc, etc...

We just did the regular Wishes Cruise and we got to see the Electric Water Pagent, it was cute. The whole wishes thing was amazing and wonderful...LOVED IT!

Hehe, seriously - I don't mind it so much, just the CM's that don't write down the information the first time.

For instance, those who, when you call to make 5 PS's, ask you your name, phone number, and resort (that they just booked three minutes before!) five times, one for each PS.

I have done that type of work before, and you learn very quickly - write it down. It saves you time, saves aggrivation, and is just plain smart. I've literally been asked five or more times in a single phone call what my phone number was, and when I get those CM's now I finish up the PS I am on, I say thank you, and I call back to get someone else.
