GoPro camera settings help

My family and I will be visiting Disney World in just a few short weeks. I just got a Gopro5 Black for Christmas. What are the best settings to video the rides with? Fast rides such as Everest, 7DMT, Spash mtn and slower rides? What the best way to record? with a head mount or chest mount or just hold it? Any advice and help will be appreciated.

I recommend searching for videos on YouTube. There are a ton of great videographers who post videos on how to use your GoPro. I have the hero 5 black and the Karma grip. I used them both on our last trip.
