Goofy's son Max

Can anyone tell me if we will see Goofy's son Max at any character meet and greets. My son Jason loves him and was asking if we are going to see him when we are in WDW.

I don't know about these days, but years ago we saw him at Chef Mickey's at dinnertime. He was up front greeting and we only saw him on that one trip. I can't remember what year it was...will have to look through my old pics!

We saw him in Disneyland at Goofy's Kitchen. He was with Goofy and we got some great video of Max and Goofy fooling around with my son's baseball hat. It was very cute!

We have seen Max and Goofy at Goofy's Barnstormer. They rode the coaster in the morning when the ride opened. It has been a couple of yrs.

...has been spotted in these locations as well. Keep in mind that Max is a pretty rare character!

Toontown Teardrop (right side of the train station) - this or the Barnstormer are probably your best odds.

American Adventure at Epcot (rare)
Sorcerer's Hat at Hollywood Studios (formerly known as MGM - also rare)

We saw Max and Goofy on Main Street at the MK, right in front of the Candy store.
At the time my youngest DD didn't know who Max was and all day she would tell people that she saw Mini-Me Goofy . Boy were people confused as to who she was talking about.

I saw Max once, I beleive it was actually right outside of the entrance to MK.

I haven't seen him since Jojo and Goliath replaced him on that Stars street in MGM. I can't think of what that was called now. I think that area is gone now anyway. It was 2004 last time I saw him.

You can ask a cast member to call and see if Max will be out. Good luck finding him!

We also saw Max right inside the entrance to MK 2 years ago. I love "A Goofy Movie" so I was very excited to meet him! I actually siad, "I love your movie". DUH!

I hear he is at a character breakfast at Vero Beach...

Your best bet to find him are in Toontown (Teardrop) and at AA in Epcot. However, there is no way to know if or when he will be appearing there.

Apologizing now for going OT here, but seeing the thread title made me wonder for the first time ever....

Who is Max's mother???? Was Goofy married? Did he adopt? ​

I never thought about this before, but now that I have I'd really like to know the whole story!!!

The story I heard is that Max's mom died.
