Goofy or Minnie breakfast

We were planning on goofy kitchen dinner the day We arrive or breakfast the day We leave but now I'm considering minnies breakfast on one of our days ( we'll be in the parks Saturday-Tuesday this coming weekend). We plan to use magic morning hour Saturday. I've had great experience at goofy kitchen dinner 2 years ago but haven't done Minnie in probably 5 years. In considering Minnie mainly because we'll have 2 adults and 7 kids so it may be simpler and cheaper.
So which did you prefer?
My biggest question though is if i take 1040 breakfast Saturday meet plaza inn will we get the same character experience? I'm concerned because breakfast said til 11. Do characters leave and it ends then or is that the last reservation and we'll still have plenty of time to relax and interact with characters?

I loved the Minnie breakfast last year, saw 12 characters! We have only done dinner at Goofy's.

I always book the 10:40 or 10:30, we go on tons of rides between 8-10 am if it is EE day. It is nice near end, less tables are filled, characters spend more time with each.

We always do the latest breakfast possible. No matter when you arrive, they always make sure to bring all the characters to you and you are not rushed. If there is a character you see wandering but they haven't come to the table, let someone know and they'll try to send them your way.

We've done both and definitely prefer Minnie's! We booked for later morning on our MM day so we could take advantage of the early morning park touring with shorter lines. Even at almost 11:00 all of the characters were still there circulating. We saw 11 if I recall correctly and a few came to our table twice!

Goofy's is better food (IMO) but Minnie's has more characters and is way more convenient if you're already in the parks. We did 10:40 brunch last time and most of the characters were bored b/c people had started leaving so we saw a lot of them 2-3x.

Goofys. I've run into issues at Minnies before getting the characters to come by multiple times. I think I've only had an issue at Goofy's once. Plus I love their PB&J pizza. And this is coming from someone who usually doesn't like pizza.

I'm in the Minnie's camp! The kids love it and there are so many characters that come around. We did 10:30am and saw upward of 12 characters. The food is fine, pretty similar to all the breakfast buffets.

We love Minnie's with the last reservation. The restaurant clears out, and you get super-awesome character interactions - often several at a time.

Minnie's! We usually see between 10-13 characters!!! We love that place!!!
