Good news thread

Well - NO SNOW today!! That's a REALLY good thing!!

Finished 15 pages on a new scrapbook today before I decided to come upstairs and do something else.. Can't believe the progress I've been making!

Ate a really good dinner tonight and it didn't hurt my stomach!!

Tomorrow it's supposed to be in the 50's here.. It's not going to last, but hey - we'll take what we can get..

Well, the wind is still howling around us, but I feel so fortunate that we haven't lost electricity since the high winds started about yesterday this time.

Lots of trees and limbs down, but I haven't heard of anyone with any real damage to their homes.

I do believe that this is Good News.

It's a gorgeous day here today. We had the bad wind yesterday alot are going through today and fortunate not to have damage.

I'm waiting on my handsome husband to get home and we are going to start the drive to see my mom. She is feeling good which I'm so thankful for.

Oh and in case anyone is keeping count I haven't thrown up in 5 days now but have to see the GI next week still.

I found some great leads on housing in DC and have had great help from some disers about where we should live.
