Hi, I'm leaving in 2 weeks for my first trip to Disney. We have the My Way Dining. I've been looking at the menus for the counter service and I haven't seen that many great desserts. Does anyone have a favorite dessert from one of these MK locations?

Cosmic Ray's
Pecos Bill's
Pinocchio Village Haus
Thanks for your help.

There really aren't great dessert options at any of those you listed. Your best bet for dessert after CS in MK is to go to Main St. Bakery / Ice Cream Shoppe. Otherwise there is always the Dole/Citrus/Strawberry Whips or Mickey Bars.

I like the chocolate cream pie at Peco's Bill's. They have that at several other counter service restaurants in the world, too.

The chocolate cream pie is good at Pecos Bills, the Key Lime pie was good at the Flame Tree BBQ, Lived the red velvet cake at the POR, can you guess we had meal vouchers our last trip.

The walk in french pastrie shop in France is a favorite of many.
I really like the dessert counter in Morocco! :cool1: :goodvibes
Of course Norway ain't shabby either. I really like their sugar free chocolate mousse.
Or the Fountainview at the main fountain in Futureworld.
 :teeth:

For Cosmic Ray's this is what I do,

Although they do have desserts there I've never actually tried them because...

I go across the way to the Enchanted Grove mini food vendor stand (if you are facing Sonny Eclipse on the same level as him, exit from the door to your left and the EG will be right in front of you). There they have frozen lemonade as well as strawberry swirl ice cream. And its so close (literally 30 second walk), I kinda count it as Cosmic Ray's dessert experience :)

Using that same idea, you may want look on a map at the smaller snack vendor stands near the other counter service restaurants you mentioned (Pinnochio, etc) and see if you like those snacks for dessert instead of what the restaurants themselves serve. Check out menus for each snack stand here:

There are lots of great desserts in the world, however the OP is using the my way dining plan and needs desserts at the counter service restaurants they can get with their package.

I'm interested in this too since we have the package as well.

Someone that had used the dining plan suggested getting the desserts you can take with you, somewhere had a rice crispy type treat etc. That way if you are too full, you can eat it later as a snack.

Thanks everyone for your replies. This may be one drawback to the My Way Dining. I'm really looking forward to our trip we arrive on the 17th. :Pinkbounc
