Orbitz has a good deal for 5 day Disney tickets. The price seems to be the same as the Mousesavers discount through undercovertourist however, if you go through e b a t e s you get 10.5% cashback. Orbitz has buy 3 days get 2 free and then e b a t e s has 10.5% cashback on activities purchased at Orbitz. And Orbitz considers this an activity. However, when purchasing Orbitz tickets, they are a date specific voucher and so this offer is only good if you know the exact dates you will be traveling. You receive the voucher and then have to redeem for the tickets in person at Disney within the dates that are on the voucher.

Have you already booked yours? I just found the 10.5% on ebates and was amazed. Are the Disney tickets an "activity" per ebates (it looks like they are according to Orbitz)? Just wondering if the cash back has posted.

We'll probably book through Orbitz either way, but this would sweeten the deal:thumbsup2

I bought the tickets earlier and am waiting for my ebates confirmation. Ebates doesn't appear to have any restrictions on activities and the tickets are listed as an activity on the Orbitz website. So once I get my confirmation, I will post back.

There is no such thing as a "free" day on any Disney ticket; it is all Marketing Hype!

Whether you are buying a four day ticket with three free days, a five day ticket with two free days, a six day ticket with one free day, or a seven day ticket, all you are buying is a seven day ticket.

Disney wholesales out their tickets to authorized resellers, who are allowed to set any price they want on them. Some may only buy tickets with certain numbers of days, so they advertise free days.

Yes, I understand this. However, it is a discounted ticket with 10.5% cash back and that is a great deal. I posted buy 3 days get 2 free as to quote their promotion.

This is actually a great deal. Although, my next Disney trip (4 adults and 1 child @ Disney 5 Days @ Universal 2 Days) for us is Jan 2014 and they won't give pricing on these dates unfortunately!

I did the math and I would receive a savings of $184.28 if I could use the Ebates 10.5% cashback with the Orbitz 5 for 3 Days deal. (compared to 5 Day MYW ticket pricing at DVCrequest.com) It's even more if you consider Disney's official price!

Just took advantage of this deal! Was going online to purchase through Mousesavers but then stumbled upon this! Same prices and about $95 in ebates will be fantastic! Crossing fingers that it works. Thanks OP!

:confused3So these are vouchers that you'd have to exchange for "real" tickets at the Disney gate? Not sure how that would work with the new Fastpass + system that should be operational soon. I'd love to save the money for our December trip, but not if it would mean missing out on booking our FP+ options early. Hmmm.... decisions! :confused3

You get a voucher in your email to print out and exchange at ticket window at the parks. Same idea as an AP. Not sure how it will work with Fastpass+ but I do know that ticket media issued through UT is able to be added to your Key to the World, so I would imagine tix purchased at the park should have the same option.

Thanks for clarifying. I'm out. All the details haven't been rolled out for FP+ yet, but it seems clear that you'll need to have a real ticket 60 days ahead of time in order to make your FP reservations. Saving a little extra isn't worth giving that up to me. But it is a good deal for the folks who aren't worried about FP+!!

We are DVC members and already in our 90 day widow. I did my online check in today but didn't get any info about FP+. Not sure what will happen when we get there in April but we can figure it out. It's $90+ better in my pocket than the mouse!

SO happy for this tip! I have friends that will really be able to take advantage of this! Is orbitz always 10.5% cash back?

We're going to WDW the last week of May. I just changed our reservations from a package to room only to take advantage of this deal. :cool1:We should be getting about $160 back from Ebates! Thanks, OP! :thumbsup2

Has anyone seen their cashback from ebates yet? I would love to see that it worked for someone first just to be sure. It looks like we could save $100-130 depending on what we decide about water parks. Also we aren't sure if we want 5 or 6 day tickets yet. It looks like the best thing would be for us to buy 5 day, and then upgrade to 6 day if we decide we want it, right? If we do that, will we get the value of a 5 day ticket at the time we go (October-I hear prices are going up in April)?

Thanks. Just signed up for Ebates. Printed out both voucher and receipt. Saved $133. Also supposed to get a $10 Walmart gift card for first purchase. We are doing Downtown Disney night before first park. Is there any way to redeem voucher from there or what would be the best way so we will have our tickets for the following morning? I will feel better when I see savings on account at Ebates since this is my first time.:dance3:
