I'm not sure this is the appropriate forum for my question, but here goes...

What is your experience with golfing at WDW? My BIL is an avid golfer and would like to play while we are there. I know tee times may be made 90 days out for resort guests, we're already in that window - how soon is this necessary? Which course do you recommend? He'll be playing as a single, with my sister along for the ride to keep him company. Thanks so much for your help!!

All the courses at WDW are great. Give him the address for http://www.wdwgolf.com . Magnolia and Palm are used during the PGA tournament, so if he's a fan of televised golf, Magnolia would be the one. Osprey Ridge and Eagle Pines are designed by big time golf course architects. They are awesome courses.

My favorite is Osprey Ridge, my least favorite is Lake Buena Vista. LBV is too small and surrounded by resort windows.

As a single, I wouldn't stress over tee times. If he knows when he wants to play, then make the time. As a single, he'd most likely get paired up with others. They may not let his wife on the course unless she's playing (or at least paying).

I've played most of the WDW courses over the years, usually as a single. I've never had a problem getting a tee time after we've gotten there.

Each of the courses has it's own style and charm, and you really can't go wrong with any of them. The staff is great too!
