Going july 4th week, can I still make ps reservations?

Is it too late to make ps reservations for July 4th week
and
what would be the latest I could make ps reservations?
and
Can still I make ps reservations when I get there?

Most likely for a character breakfast at Crystal palace and lunch at Sci Fi Dinner Theatre.

Last night I got ps at Hollywood & Vine for Fantasmic on 6/28.
Might as well give it a try. You never know...
