Going in November, planning now!

We are going to a nerd convention at a hotel close to the dark side in Nov. and we are staying 3 extra days to visit Universal Orlando (16,17,18).

I have my tickets, and my hotel.

It's just me and my gf who will be going. How much should be budget for food per day? We'll want to eat at the Harry Potter themed restaurant at least once, and probably one other nice place during our stay. We'll want to get butter beer (the last time I was there I had like 6 cups). We aren't staying on site, so we'll eat breakfast at the hotel for free, that will just leave lunch and dinner.

Any help is appreciated!

You can get the quick service meal deal for $20/day each which will give you one quick service meal with drink, and then one snack (can be butterbeer) and another drink. I would allow another $20 ish for dinner.

So, I would budget for about $40/day each.

Had to ask, what variety of nerd convention? Comics? Anime? Star Wars?
