Going home..

Have to run home today to take care of some business; pick up another load of stuff to bring back here; and........pick up my lap top!!! It arrived yesterday and I can't wait to get my hands on it.. Not sure I'll know what to DO with it - but still.. LOL

I'm hoping to get back up here tonight (today and tomorrow it's supposed to be absolutely gorgeous up here) but it depends on how tired I am after running around all over the place; packing up the van; etc..

I have to call the cable people to come back and set up the internet service later this week or early next week (right now I'm using the only other thing available here - agonizingly SLOW dial-up) so if I have any problems figuring out how to use my new lap top, I'll be begging you all for help via my old computer while having the lap top sitting next to me as well.. I just hope the manual isn't the size of a phone book!!!!!

Manual? Do they still send those with computers??
You'll do fine. You can make it be like the win 98 and until you make changed you'll want, you'll wonder why you thought you couldn't do it.
