Going back to the other "World" GKTW 3 Big Gives 5/14

I totally want to see that movie, Soul Surfer. I know it will be a tear jerker, especially with all the messages about not giving up. Of course, i'll relate it all to Peanut.

I'm sorry Avy is being casted, I really hope it helps her out and she is as good as new in 2 weeks. All ready for her BIG trip!!!

SO excited about the pool party, what a creative way to celebrate Avy's wish!! And YAY to you, on the weight release. You should be so proud of yourself!

How are YOU? I've been MIA lately.

I loved the movie. it is so nice to go to a movie and come out feeling good. The home video's at the end are great. Everyone just sat and watched.

Avy is use to casts so it is not a big deal. Bummer part is they can't get her back in till the 2nd so she will be in them during her "March for Babies walk". Good thing her wheel chair is in and we can use that.

I am fine. Starting to get a little nervous about the trip. I am not a good flier at all so being in the cities and seeing all the planes flying freaked me out a bit yesterday. Our town is in a no fly zone so we never see airplanes here.
I am slowing packing things as I think about them. The girls Mickey ears when in the bag this morning

we PICKED THE PURPLE BUTTERFLIES TOO!! lol tHEY ARE cute!!!

She has had them before I didn't like them because hers faded so bad. I hope this time they stay nice and bright. Even the AFO guy said how bad hers looked

Well, I have not seen the princesses on the tea cups, but I HAVE seen Alice riding with kids before (and she was SOOOOOO Alice- it was VERY cool!), so I'll have my fingers and toes crossed for her!

We made countdown calendars today!!!!!!!
I can't believe we are almost to our 30 day count down.
Each of the kids did a scrapbook page. I figured we could save them.
I got little stickers and we will cover the number each day till we get to one. Which of course we will need to do 2 the last day.

MICKEY MAIL!!!!!
The first package came about 6 hours before the kids got home from school. I had the hardest time not peaking before the kids got home Grandma and Grandpa both had to shake it when they came.
Then I had to leave to take Jason to a dr appointment. When Avy and Christian got home there was another package on the front step with Micky's all over it. I didn't get home for 2 more hours. To say the least the kids we're JUMPING out of their skin by the time I got home.

FYI- I am leaving Christian out because it is easier then covering up his face all the time

We all got goodie bags!!! including dh and I. The kids loved everything they got. I think the biggest hits were the watches for Ella and Hayden. I am pretty sure Hayden started to cry when he got his. He was so excited. Ella was jumping up and down.

I was jumping up and down when I got the car decals. I have always wanted some. They say "The gang is all here!" and have mickey/minnie/pluto/donald/daisy/goofy

The kids got yoyo's, balls, socks, cups with twisty straws, stickers (which will work great on the countdown calendars) chapstick, card games, pens, lanyards and I am sure many more things but the kids took them all to bed with them so I can't check right now.
Loren and I got cool mickey soaps and lotions.
Avy got a gift card
Wish I could have gotten more pictures but of course my batteries on my camera died

Thank you so much the kids played with everything all day and looked at the autograph books too. Both kids won't take off their watches. Wish I had gotten more pictures, my camera is ready to go now.

It really made it more special for them each to have one. No fighting over who gets to put the sticker on. Thanks to Lisa's Big Give we have more then enough stickers now

They had fun. It was harder then I thought it was going to be to punch out all those mickey heads. It was nice to have all the kids working together for almost 2 hours
