Going back to the other "World" GKTW 3 Big Gives 5/14

I got a Email from MAW. It looks like we are on for the Pool party at the YMCA. The kids are going to love it. Guess I need to work a little harder on releasing some weight between now and then. I am down 9 lbs I would like to release another 5

A pool party sounds like so much fun! I'm sure the kids will love it!

Avy gets her leg casts on tomorrow for 2 weeks so she is ready for the trip. Plus they need to fix her leg brace she has a pressure mark. Fingers crossed if she needs a new one that they can get it fitted tomorrow. Then it will be ready when she comes out of casts. She has had these braces for a while now. I kind of hope she can keep what she has, so she doesn't have problems on our trip. New braces need to be broken in plus that means all new shoes too

I am fine. Starting to get a little nervous about the trip. I am not a good flier at all so being in the cities and seeing all the planes flying freaked me out a bit yesterday. Our town is in a no fly zone so we never see airplanes here.
I am slowing packing things as I think about them. The girls Mickey ears when in the bag this morning

The kids are still talking about their gifts. Hayden will not take his watch off. I did get it off of Ella for the pool yesterday.

Hope you have a great weekend too. Nothing much on tap here. Avy needs to relearn how to walk in casts again. She is doing well, but we need to go practice on the steps before monday.
Of course we got 2 inches of snow last night so now I have to carry her when we are outside and she is getting heavy

I feel your pain with the casts. We are putting my DD9 into them this Thursday for her toe walking. Why oh why does it have to continue to snow. Hopefully we don't have to carry them much. Oh well it will be great for my weight release nevermind the broken back.

I can only imagine how excited everyone is getting.

Leg cast are a pain but they help so much. Good luck with your son.
Avy is really heavy to lift in and out of the van. She does well but does need a lot of help. My toes are worse then my back those casts are heavy when they hit the tip of your toe

The kids love swimming at the Y, it killed Avy to have to sit out last weekend

Poor sweet Avy!!! How long does she have to wear the casts? Will they be off in time for her Wish Trip??

LOVE the new wheels, they look AWESOME!!! I can't let Lisa see those, that hot pink one is JUST what she wants...I don't want her to have one with large wheels because it is too hard for Mommy to push and it is too hard for LISA to push with her heart...and she would definitely want to! (That is why she wants that model).

She is in casts the the 2nd of may which gives her 2 weeks to relax before the trip. We times it perfectly
I love the chairs. I am so glad we went with stroller handles on them because I can push both kids by myself

Avy always get purple sometimes she will do pink but mostly purple. Once she did one pink and one purple

We love the new wheels they are going to make life so much easier here
I can't wait to take them out and give them a good test run. The weather here is yucky.

WE are so happy the Wheels made it time for our "march for babies" walk next weekend We thought she would be out of casts by then but they couldn't fit her in so she will be riding in style.

She didn't whine at all. Hayden can't handle the leg braces at night. He loves his casts on but the leg brace pushing him over the edge

We have no idea where that sign came from? We bought it with the house and the people before us said it was there when they moved in.
