Actually, I just checked my calendar. How about Monday the 10th? I have ADR's with the kids at the SciFi at 12:05 for lunch. How about 4ish at the pool bar at the Boardwalk? Actually even three'ish works for me!

Napping Beauty...Would you be up for meeting earlier that day? Perhaps after your lunch ADR? We have ADR's at Boma at 4:35 and then a Wishes cruise. Actually, now that I think about it, by the time you get over, we might have to be planning on leaving for Boma. Our plans pretty much always involve hanging out pool-side during the mid-day hours, so if any day works there, let me know.

Debi...We will be at the Boardwalk from the 8th through the 15th (switching to SSR on the 16th, I think). If you are up for a mid-day drink by the pool, or perhaps a nighttime one, let me know.

This is our first trip as members, although we have been posting on this board since last April.

Napping Beauty...I just emailed you. However, I'll post the basic info from that here. I was emailing because I noticed that you are staying at OKW, which is right near SSR. We will be at SSR for the tail end of our trip. As you can see below, our "plans" are very sparse:

This is how it looks right now:
16th: Crystal Palace, 6PM
17th: Trails End, 5:55PM
18th: No ADR's..We were thinking of doing lunch at Planet Hollywood
19th: Biergarten, 12PM
20th: Dinosaur Cafe, 5PM (I think)

We are up for a poolside drink at any time we are not at a restaurant.

Hi all, so far Debi is free at lunch on the 13th at Epcot, Rutgers1 is free on the 18th as are we until my 525 dinner reservations at MK. If we could meet at a resort on the 18th I could just take the bus there. The 13, I have dinner reservations for the fantasmic package, but we could meet earlier and escape the afternoon heat. With three of us now interested... I think we should try and work things out here, so we can all see our options. It would be nice to meet one another, and actually we all live fairly close to one another, NJ and PA!

Napping Beauty....We are free both days....so if you pick the day time, as well as the place, we'll get over there. We'd prefer something pool-side so the kids can run off and we can all talk. Thanks for reviving this thread!

This will be our 3rd time going in August( we will be at BLT 8/16-23) . The crowd is usually light, but with FD beginning on the 16th, I have a feeling the crowd situation may be a little higher.

We'll be at OKW from the 9th-15th. Hoping for lighter crowds since some folks may wait until the 16th for free dining!

We'll be there from the 14th through the 21st...Dolphin for the 14-16 and then over to BWV from the 16th to 21st.
We'll be poolside at Luna Park every day after lunch, I'm sure. I may have to bring my DIS shirt and hang it over my chair. Keep an eye open for it!!! Would love to see you all.

Since Diane and Debi are both at Boardwalk, and they have the great pool as well as nice pool bar I am suggesting we meet there on the 18th. How about one or one thirty until about three? Just in case we run a little over... we are not madly rushing to our dinner reservations. This is going to be fun.

Rutgers1, know you are at Saratoga at that point, but is that ok with you?

In the case of rain, how about the belleview lounge? I do not think the bar is open, but we could still meet there... or the espn lounge? The kids could amuse themselves in the game room at the restaurant?
