Well, I finally got a good night's sleep last night, gnomies! Know what I think did the trick? A little wine with dinner!

Jackie...Have a great day at school!!!! I"m glad you were able to fall back asleep!! I just got up made our lunches for the day and then did some extra DISing LOL!!!!

Yes...the week is almost over and we're getting closer and closer to the weekend LOL!!! I'm single digit dancing today...woot...9more days until I'm at Disney YAY!!

P - like the new do! I can't wait to see the real one on you. I always have that worry about new haircuts...can I do this myself? Let us know how it turns out. I didn't realize we had kids with the same birthday! Daniel's actual birthday is also tomorrow. He was a scheduled c-section on 9/29 (which I was excited about because Patrick is 6/26) but he wanted out earlier and my water broke in the middle of the night. I drove myself to the hospital at 2 am and the maternity nurse asked if I wanted her to call the doctor to come in or wait until he arrived at 7. I wasn't in labor so I told her to let the man sleep, I wanted him well rested before cutting into me!

C - would you add one more thing to my "maybe" shopping list? I saw a nice bag on MeMom's TR. It was black and white and had a picture of walt and Mickey in front of the castle. I'll PM you my cell number so you can let me know how much it is if you come across it.

LL, I love chicken salad, especially with fruit and nuts but I know my boys won't eat it, even without the extras. I'm now leaning toward making several side dishes (veggies, fruit salad, corn bread casserole and baked beans) and grabbing a couple dozen pieces of fried chicken at the grocery store.

C-So glad you got some sleep finally! I clocked out at 7:30 last night and got a good hour and a half nap in before bed, totally needed it!

My haircut turned out well. I love the new color and the cut is just what I needed so my hair would not be dragged down anymore.

I need to get my sleep back track. I am staying awake way too late. I need to get back on track before I go back to work or it's going to be very messy.

I am debating going to the movies today. Not sure though.

Katie...have you thought of doing mini-sub sandwiches. Buying some hoagie rolls making like club sandwiches and then cutting them in half...the kids would like them and so would the adults. Then have a veggie tray along with a fruit tray. Just some ideas! Or you could have the regular sandwiches and use cookie cutters to cut them into some fun shapes for the kids to eat. Football shaped Ham and cheese is always more fun than regular ham and cheese LOL!!!!

LL...I'm so excited they approved your claim I'm sure that is such a relief to you. Can't wait to hear if you get the job or not!!!

Good Afternoon Gnomies!

I went today to see The Time Traveler's Wife. I was worried that the new movies coming out this week may have bumped it out. It was REALLY good. Has anyone else read that book? So good. The author has a second book coming out at the end of the month and I just can't wait.

I may have also purchased a certain gaming system with a certain Toy Story Mania game.

I think the that they did an excellent job with translating the book to a movie. It's a hard subject to convey and I was very pleased with it!

WOOT!!! Marc must be so excited!!! The TSM game is almost enough for me to ask Phillip if he would like to consider getting a Wii for Christmas as our gift together LOL!! Then I would have an excuse to get a Wii Fit...I want one of those!!

YAY I just got a great rental deal!!! I'm so excited!!! I was just able to upgrade to a standard vehicle for my 10days for 30.00 less than I was going to be paying at another location for an intermediate!! The best part is that now instead of having to get a ride from the airport (where I have to leave our car for Prince P) to the rental car place...I'm picking it up at the airport!!! WOOT!! I'm so excited...I love saving money and getting a better car to boot!!!! WOOT!!!

The sooner I get the rental car the sooner I'm on the road to Orlando...this is just great news!!

Why yes I have had this experience and it drove me NUTS...absolutely crazy...don't they understand I need my DIS during my planning hours!!!!

Oh I hate that CP! When that happens to me at work, I get really mad.

Marc liked his surprise a lot! We played Toy Story Mania before he went to work. He was a snit mood tonight though and was crabby all night. I was happy to see him go to work.

So I had to run out to the store tonight after Marc left. Do you all feel like someone is absolutely going to mug/rape/attack you? I think I have serious fear issues when I go out at night. Good thing it was a super quick errand down to CVS but still, my heart was going a mile a minute the whole time. And then this dude followed me out of the store with no purchases. I was FREAKED.
