Things have been quietly busy around here this week....does that even make sense!??!!? With Megs Spring Break, we took a Mommy and Megs day on Monday...went to swim lessons, out to lunch at a restaurant of her choice, and then caught a movie. GOOD DAY! Since I have been babysitting the past two days, we have kind of stuck around here besides our errand running, but we have had a lot of quiet at home fun....playing games, playing with her Princess collection, etc. so I will not complain!!! The rest of the week is wide open for us starting tomorrow, so I am hoping we can go find some more Mommy and Megan fun!!!!

Well we actually did that last Thursday. Mine are a pretty HOT pink, and hers are dark blue with these beautiful sparkles over top. Really cute!

Good Morning to all my other lovely Gnomies!!!! I hope your Thursdays are starting off to a good start! Yesterday I updated my TR with an update about one of the hardest mornings we had on the trip, and it was so difficult to relive it, but made me also quite nostalgic about that trip too......haven't been able to stop looking at the videos or pictures since!!! Sitting here in my PJs just enjoying flipping through those pictures....we had SUCH a good time on that trip.....doesn't help erase all those feelings of wanting to go back so badly though!!! Silly ME!

Me too! The weather has been so warm and sunny lately (well, except for today -- it is POURING rain), and I have been whining to Charles about Disney. I keep hoping everyone changes their minds about going this summer although the thought of the crowds and heat keeps me from whining at my normal volume.

I LOVE that!!!! Yesterday I tried to convince myself that maybe we could do a fall or winter break trip.......yes, delusional is my middle name. I would LOVE it if the school systems around here would STOP dragging their little behinds about finalizing the school calendars for next year.....if I could see what the calendar looked like, I could start to plan hopeful trips in my head that we could squeeze into the nooks and crannies of time off. Right now, Christmas Break is looking good to me, and I KNOW how crazy they say it is down there at that time of the year......see, I think I have officially fallen off my rocker!!!!

Well gang, I head out tonight for Austin!! Please be in prayer for me as I attend the job fairs on Saturday!!! I hope to be coming home with a job, but I have told myself if not at least I will have made face contact and I can keep in contact and keep applying to the jobs and hopefully by August I will have something.

Hi Gnomies! Thanks for thinking of me this morning!

Surgery went really well. I'm more sore than I was in August but I'm pretty sure that is because I didn't get those really good IV pain meds this time around. When you are going home they are skimpy on those good ones.

So I'm really sore and my shoulder really hurts but that is either from the anesthesia or the gas they put in you when they do something laparoscopically. Google says that is how you spell that, hope it's right.

Took a lovely nap this afternoon and I feel a lot more refreshed.

So Anita (wigdoutdismom) received a Disney offer for me in her mail. I'm assuming it's from when I used her points in January. She called me about it last night and it wasn't a great one. Free Quick Service Dining plan now through August. Meh. I really want a good pin code for January! We'll see though. I miss having a PTR/TR and keeping up with the DISers.

I'm looking into going to another school that is only a 14 month program so that would put me at probably quitting my job next June for the internship so it's probably not smart to go to Disney in January so we can save that money for when I'm not working. Being a grownup sucks. I just really want a trip with Marc. Stupid money.

Yep, add my name to the list as well -- I spent a good portion of the evening whining to Charles about wanting to go to Disney this summer. He just laughed at me. I think I am going to make it a PTR post because it ended up being on of "those" conversations that we tend to have from time to time.
