Gnomes Gnomes on the Range!

I'm in the middle of Realityland and I'm really enjoying it. I keep adding all your suggestions to my book list so I can read them someday!!! Hopefully this summer!

I have also started crocheting...I hope to make a baby blanket for my cousin before the baby arrives in December!

I hope you have better luck meeting the baby deadline for a real baby than animaginary one (with your TR) LOL!!

I just noticed that your 'location' is still in Florida!!

Morning girls!

Just wanted to say Hapy birthday to CP and let you all know I love ya even though I'm not around as much these days!!

Happy Birthday!!! :wizard:

The Hunger Games finally came in yesterday so I am going to pick that up for the weekend. Yayayaya.

Did I tell you that the author who did the Tea Rose is coming out with the 3rd and final book in that series next summer? I am very excited, you really need to read that one Jackie! It's so good.

I'm going to visit my parents this weekend....the first time since my birthday and before Disney. I'm going to buy scrubs for my clinical classes....they start December 9th! I'm nervous and excited.

Thanks, Katie!!! :goodvibes

Thank you, LL! :goodvibes Shopping for scrubs will be fun! They have some cute ones with Disney characters. I hope you love The Hunger Games as much as I did! It takes about thirty pages to get into it, but then you are hooked. I have a hold on The Tea Rose -- another one I hope comes in soon. Have fun at your parents. My mom is dragging Chelsea and me to a doll show.

You say "dragging" like its a bad thing Jackie LOL!! I too have Hunger Games on hold with the school library, my students apparently really like the book so they are "encouraging" me to read it!!!! Hope you had a great birthday yesterday and it lasts well into the weekend!!!!

Well since I technically still have a house in Florida I'm going to keep the location in Florida, makes me smile LOL!!! Not really just completely forgot, I will have to change that!! Hope you have a great weekend P!! Can't wait to see if you come up with anymore layouts!!!!!! The Wednesday before Thanksgiving I'm having a scrapbooking day and hopefully will have some things to show you LOL!!!!

Have a great weekend Leslie, enjoy your trip to see your parents!! Hope you find some scrubs that you will love!!!!!!'

OH and GNOMIES...DON'T FORGET TO SET THOSE CLOCKS BACK!!

Oh crap CP, I didn't realize it was your birthday! Happy belated Birthday Jackie! I hope you have a great weekend celebrating!

I am SO looking forward to an extra night of sleep tonight!!

Happy belated b-day, Jackie!

Thank you, Jackie and LL for your terrific book recommendations. I downloaded the first chapter of Juliet on my Kindle. Can't wait to read it.

Hope everyone is doing well. If anyone is going to be around tonight and feels chatty, let me know!

Thank you, Jess!

C, you're welcome! Enjoy that extra night of sleep!

This weekend is slipping by much too quickly! I need more time off!!!

I hear ya Jackie! Grades are due Tuesday morning and how much have I conquered my bag of papers...LOL!!!! I think I'm going to have to make an effort today to get this stuff done!

Hey Gnomies...came home from a great weekend to a bittersweet surprise....While I was gone, my mum moved back in. She and her significant other have decided to call it quits for awhile...I know she can use your prayers.

Hope you had a great birthday Jackie! :)

I also received a lovely package from C!! THANK YOU!!!!

Stace sorry to hear about your mom and her significant other! Will be praying for her!

So picked up Hunger Games today!!! Am reading it and it is starting to get really really good!! Leslie is on to the second one, she assures me I will love the 1st one!

The series is so unlike anything I normally like reading, but it just grabs you and sucks you right in. It was so hard for me to put them down and do anything else, but I just HAD to know what happened next! LOL!

Yeah, safe to say I didn't get much sleep last night LOL!! A visit to a bookstore will definitely be in my future. I have no time to wait for the book#2 to show up at that library...I must know!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wanted to say HAPPY VETERANS DAY!!! To the veterans you know and to those who served and are still serviing a huge THANK YOU!!!!

Hi my fellow gnomies! It's been so quick on the homefront lately, I guess we're all crazy busy!

I worked over 50 hours last week, good thing is, that's about $200 extra in overtime, that's going straight to our Disney fund!:wizard:
We are so torn about wanting to go again, before Christmas but not sure we can fit it in, so maybe winter, like January or February? Who's been during either of those months? Big difference in the colder weather or still reasonable?

I took off for Black Friday so now I get to go home Wednesday-Sunday and I am super excited! Mom and me are going to start planning my graduation trip when I go home, it'll probably be sometime in October, good time then too? I'm excited for the Fall decorations as I'm so used to the Christmas ones.

Well hope everyone is doing great! Good luck with school and work and disney planning and kids events...miss you all!:grouphug:

Hi Gnomies!

how is everyone??

I'm on the 3rd book of The Hunger Games and I can't get enough. Marc even started reading it and he's sucked in after only 20 pages. :rotfl2:

Did you finish Mockingjay last night, LL? I love that Marc got sucked into them, too! Interestingly, it was my boy students who started reading them first. A lot of my students have read them at this point and are telling me that their moms are reading them now. Of course, we all know how much I like the books! :goodvibes

I am really enjoying Juliet. I am hoping to plop myself on the couch today and read it all afternoon.
