We ordered from WeGo Shop last year and asked for several specific gluten free items from Whole Foods. This year we had our own car and noticed that Publix had some selection of gluten free food. I think Whole Foods is your best choice for those products. My daughter is in the WDW college program and her BFF has to have gluten free foods. She said she goes to this Whole Foods.

We were battling with where to get GF food for our upcoming trip, and originally thought of doing WeGoShop and having them go to Whole Foods, but some of the prices at Whole Foods are twice what we normally pay for GF foods and WeGoShop's fee is not small either. I then considered using NetGrocer, their prices were not bad, but they did not carry alot of the items we usually buy. Also, the delivery fee is just normal FedEx fees. So, what we finally decided to do was pack up our own box and send it to the resort. It shouldn't cost more than normal delivery fees (even with the resort charge) and we will know that we will get exaclty what we need/want.
I skip the substitute food and go "Atkins" on vacation. I tend to skip the substitute foods anyway as most of them aren't worth eating. So corn chips and popcorn. Eggs instead of pancakes, chili instead of pizza.....
(I do have a store that caters just to GF foods by my house though, so I'm pretty spoiled).
