Gluten free counter service options in Downtown Disney??

Are there any counter service gluten free options at Downtown Disney? I'm not worried about anywhere else in Disney World, but not sure what we will be able to get for DD in DTD when we're there during lunchtime...plus she's 4 and fairly picky. Does Wolfgang Puck Express have gluten free options? I heard a while back that Earl of Sandwich does not...has anyone had any luck there?? Thanks!

I looked up the menus for Wolfgagng express at allears.net and it looks like she could possibly get a rosemary chicken and mashed potatoes. In the morning they also sell yogurt and fresh fruit cups, that may still be available upon request. You could also try T-Rex, but they are not counter. I imagine you could call Disney dining and inquire. You could also take the boat to Saratoga Springs/Old Key West and eat GF at either establishment.

You can send an email to specialdiets@disneyworld.com and they can get you information on where it is safe to eat in the World. All the restaurants have an allergen book you can look at, so this should help.

Also- someone mentioned mashed potatoes as an option- be careful, b/c flour is often used as a thickener in commercial mashed potatoes.
