Gluten Free at Via Napoli?

Is there a gluten free option for pizza crust at Via Napoli?

I don't think so. My husband is GF and we have it on our list of ADRs but I'm thinking of canceling bc others have posted that pasta is the only option.

No. I recently found the manager's email on Trip Advisor and emailed her. The options are basically pasta with red sauce, cream sauce, or veggies, or a salad. My DH is going to eat safe stuff from the Art Festival vendors before or after we have dinner and just get a salad.

No gluten free pizza at Via Napoli, and according to the manager, there is a chance of some cross-contamination due to the open kitchen concept they employ, and flour goes everywhere.

I would caution getting the gluten free pasta with cream sauce. I ordered this and became sick afterwards due to what I suspect was gluten in the cream sauce.

Via Napoli does not guarantee anything to be 100% GF as they use flour in all pizzas and due to the way they toss the dough and have an open kitchen concept it is possible trace amounts of flour get into even the GF dishes.
