Glow Cubes at Walgreen's!

They have Glow-in-the-Dark ice cubes at Walgreen's. They are just like the ones at WDW. They come in a 2 pack for $5.99, that's how much we paid for one at WDW. You can find them in the picnic/cook-out or 4th of July stuff. You can buy some and take them on your trip with you and pop them in their drinks.

Are these "glow in the dark" (as in don't glow unless you're in the dark) as you stated? Or are they the light up cubes you can turn on/off and light up even if you aren't in the dark?
