Glitch with the Fantasmic Packages!

I just got off the phone and they are currently unable to book any Fantasmic packages. It is a glitch with the system and they are hoping to fix it soon.

I asked when to call back and she could not give me an answer. I got up early, spent 25 min on hold long distance (I'm in Canada) and now I have to call again but people who get back before me could book them all out. I can't afford to call every 1/2 hour. I hope they can get on-line up soon.
 
I'm so sorry.... I booked one this morning, so it must have just happened! Try again when you can.... Maybe you can get a nice CM who will call you when it's up!
 
I am still having trouble. Is anyone else finding this to be an issue? I keep being told to just call back.
 

I FINALLY got my package this morning.

I was able to make all of my ADR's for our stay except for the Fantasmic package. Since Sunday morning, they had a glitch in the system (kept getting error messages). I called about 10 times while trying to cook our family Easter meal. Then I called twice from work yesterday. They manage to get as far as getting a time, but couldn't get the credit card info screen or confirmation number.

So I called just now and I finally got Hollywood and Vine for 7/14. They were very apologetic and even the CM on the phone knew what I was talking about because she had the same problems also. But it finally worked!

It seems they worked out whatever the problem was. I'm just happy I got all of my ADRs in the restaurants I wanted, during the times I wanted. Plus I didn't sit on hold for a long time, someone picked up right away everytime I called. :banana:
