First off, how close are you to these "friends"? When you say "I just don't like her" about "K", do you mean, not in the way that she likes you or not at all? As for "M", well...do you really want him to back off totally and completely? If you're really friends with him, then you wouldn't want to do that. Just sit down with him, and tell him that you respect that he likes you, but that you just don't feel the same way, and possibly calmly tell him to step it down a little. It really depends on where the conversation goes. You don't want to give him the wrong message, though, such as "I don't want to be friends with you." Just, "I don't like you in that way, but I still want to be friends". I hope this helps!

Him being friends has nothing to do with that. He just doesn't want him flirting with him anymore. :confused3 Can't you see how that would make someone uncomfortable?

I was (and still am) confused as if to CastawayJ is a boy or a girl...I couldn't tell from the post...so that was the reason for my post. Yes, that would be awkward, I understand that, but I was just confused about CastawayJ.

I'm glad, though, that this thread is getting a good response!

Thank you! Ok, that clears some things up then. Sorry for any confusion! (And sorry Josh for the advice I gave...I didn't know!)

So come on in and chat about anything!! :chat:

(and just a question from me: is it ok to be in love with someone one way when they don't feel the same way anymore? We're talking ex-gf/bff here...)

:lmao:

Inever understood how you could put in like a ton of letters and everyone would automatcally understand them.

Ilqsmfmiamgabmrtjdatc

and you would be like "Oh yeah well obviously that means i love queen so much Freddie Mercury is a musical god and Brian May Roger Taylor John Deacon are totally cool"

and that was an easy one.

ahh yes thats exactly what i was thinking "Ilqsmfmiamgabmrtjdatc" meant ;)

Came out: To my best friend: 4 years ago. To the general public minus my parents: 3 years ago. To my family: Never.

I am an active member of the GSA at my school. My ex-girlfriend and I quasi-run it with one of the guidance counselors. We're in the middle of prepping to film a commercial for the school TV channel to get people more involved with the GSA as right now it's only about 6 people big.

I first found out about the DoS last year and I participated. I broke my vow twice (once to yell at a kid who was just being completely stupid and once because it was Giselle [think pricipal of the hall monitors] who wouldn't even read what I had written on my notepad after she asked me a question). I will be participating again this year along with members of the GSA and we're hoping to finish the commercial before the DoS so more people will participate.

I have noticed, however that at my school a lot of people tend to participate in the Dos just so they don't have to do a lot of work in class.

Ummm...that's about it. Toodles!

:rainbow:

Bumping to keep us alive here!

Anyone can drop in at any time. Chat about life, the recent "Homosexuals are more dangerous than terrorists" thing with the representative from OK, anything you want.

Have fun!

And this is a strictly NO HOMOSEXUAL BASHING thread!!

(other than that, come right on in!)
