Giving up ownership of DVC

We have 3 adults who own DVC property and two of us need to drop our names from the title giving the 3rd full ownership.
Anyone have any experience with this?

I believe it is as simple as a quit claim just as you would do for other real estate.

That should be fine as long as the contract has been paid off in full.
