I used Hotelmartusa.com to book our vacation stay this past July.
We started out with a 4 bedroom townhome $109.50 at Emerald Island for 7 days in July.
The first of June I noticed that they were offering a 5 bedroom home for $139.00 a night. I called and they cancelled my reservation for the townhome and booked the home for me.
I was really nervous because I didn't know where the home would be.
They even honored a price drop for the home when the price dropped per night to $118 . The home was 3500 sq ft with a pool. I requested close to Disney and they came thru again. The rental service company was Contempo.

I can not say enough about the customer service that I received.

Which development did the home end up in???

I think it was High Grove. At the intersection of 195 and hwy 27.
Very easy commute to Disney used the Sherberth Road short cut.
