A couple of weeks ago I made a baked chicken on a Sunday and ate it all week (in different variations - Salads, sandwiches, soup, etc.). I made it with a lemons and herbs. It was OK, but not great. I plan on making another this weekend for next weekend. It is a great diet/money saver... Please give me your best baked chicken recipes. The only thing I can't do is the 40 garlic glove chicken. Garlic doesn't agree with my stomach too well.
