Very little news on this. Can't find a lot of info, but was asked by my sister to check it out.

When does/(did) it open? Theme? Cover charge? Disney owned? Other info??

disneyfoodblog .com had some limited information about it yesterday. They had inside photos but no menu and no definitive opening date. Rumor has it that it will be ready to open mid-August, but Disney has not set an official day.

Also interested in this, been anxiously awaiting info!

I would imagine the goal would be to have it open around the same time or the same day as the Flying Fish reopening which some are speculating is August 14th due to published operating hours on the WDW website. Only speculation at this point though. It'll probably follow the same format as Trader Sam's and Jock Lindsey's mostly pre-made food and expensive drinks, won't stop me from going though.

We have a note in our itinerary to stop there and Ample Hills after Shula's on our first full day there.
