I have soooo missed your updates , I finally finished my DCL TR , but th Rosie Roaming one has a LONG way to go !!I am actually not roaming this month or at least not that I know off , which is good as I have a LOT on my plate at work !! I need a month to get things organized and to lend a hand to my staff both physically and supportively . We have a majorly difficult individual to dral with !Yes our Sweet Helen!! Whew she is giving us a run for our money!!!Well looking forward to the TR!!!!!

Yes, 42 days away and around 150 days until the December trip; I have lots of DIS meets planned and can't wait.

I couldn't resist a Daily "Happy" till you were back You know I am going to be in Disney in December !!!

Well, the good news is I am ready to do an update. The bad news is I LOST all of the pictures from arrival day except a few and our first morning. I think with trying to download them every night and then texting back and forth with Alisha about the wedding that I somehow screwed things up.

A little recap of our arrival and our first morning:

I left the office at 11:15 for the airport in pouring rain. I was already worried about my flight as Florida was having a tropical storm that day. I arrive at Midway and got through security in about 20 minutes, grabbed some pretzels and a bottle of water and proceeded to wait for my flight. We boarded the plane and someone was in my seat. It was a young girl who was sitting by her sister, behind their parents. Since the girl had the aisle seat on the other side of the plane which is what I had, I gladly let her sit with her sister.

The flight took off on time and we actually landed in Florida just a couple of minutes late. Luckily, all the rain had stopped when we got there. Mary and the girls had landed and we texted back and forth where to meet. I found Mary and the girls and hugs and kisses were exchanged and we headed off to the ME for our ride to Old Key West. We arrived at OKW, checked in and went to our room.

By this time, the rain had started again and the oats weren't running for our trip to DTD. We waited for a bus and waited and waited...this is only the second time I've had a bus issue at OKW. Mary called Heather, a friend of hers who lives in Florida, and who was spending part of the trip with us. Heather picked us up and off we went to DTD.

We had dinner at Raglan Road. We had a couple of minute wait and then were lead to a high top table in the back of the restaurant. The food was good, as always, and the dancers came over and the girls got to dance with them...they loved this.

I don't think we did any shopping and headed back to OKW to get ready for bed and start out the next day.

Friday, June 7, I was up at 7:30 and took my shower and everyone else got ready and then we headed to meet Heather at the car and drove to the Magic Kingdom. We took the ferry boat over to the MK and started our day.

I am so mad that I don't have my pictures and hope Mary will get over here and post some of hers as I can't even remember all that we rode. I can tell you that it was crazy, busy. I know we did Mermaid before we did anything else, and I think we did Haunted Mansion and maybe Pirates before our lunch at the Plaza.

We did a few more attractions and some shopping. We then split up as Mary couldn't change our Be Our Guest reservation to include Heather and her girls. We had a lovely dinner at BOG...the girls were enthralled with the restaurant and we all go to see the Beast afterwards.

We left shortly after that and went to check into the Beach Club Villas which would be our home for the next several nights. There was a mess up with our luggage and it went to the Caribbean Beach resort rather than the Beach Club so we had to wait awhile for that. After it finally arrived, we took Avery and Cayley down to the pool for a swim at Stormalong Bay and Mary and I had an adult beverage...quite yummy.

I have to do some cleaning now...I'll try to do part of the next day later today and I promise that one has pictures.

Sorry you had picture issues, but your first day and a half sound nice! I'm jealous you got to go to BOG for dinner, I still can't get a spot for my maybe-trip in 2 months. We can do lunch there if I don't get it, but I'd love to try dinner!

Picture issues are so frustrating! You did have a lot going on though, my goodness. The main thing is you made it there and had a lovely dinner, day and ended it at SAB with yummy drinks. It all sounds wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
