I remember wanting to say Yeah to Beth for Vegas fun. (I am going to be there Aug 29th to Sept 3rd and hope maybe we can get together for a bit of Diva fun. Maybe Jane can make it too??)

Oooh, I would love that. I hope we can make it work. Things have been crazy busy here lately, and I know for Jane the start of school is one of her busiest times. So, who knows. But maybe, since the kids will have started school by then.... We'll see. Fingers crossed.

Tentatively signing up.

DH & I have signed up for a Canadian Club 33 day for Feb 20th (We have never been so thought it was an opportunity we could not miss.) and I was able to book a studio at the VGC from the 19th to the 27th so to me it looked like I was meant send DH home mid week and join the Girls Trip.

Sounds like it was indeed meant for you to join us. How fun to get to experience Club 33. I was lucky enough to do that one year with some of the Divas, and it's truly wonderful.

Basically all the info you need is on the front page, including some FAQs. Once you've taken a peek at all that, if you have any specific questions, feel free to ask here on the thread and someone will answer you, or send me a PM and I will be happy to chat with you and go over everything.
It's a great group and a lot of fun! You won't regret joining.

Vicki and Bree are also going. I met up with Stacie, Heather, Becci (and her 2 older kids) and Vicki yesterday for a little bit. I have to admit, I'm a little jealous that I'm not going to the Expo, but I have too much going on right now Hopefully they will continue to do it so I can maybe attend next year .

I'm jealous you got to meet up with some of the ladies! I miss everyone and wish I could be there. At one point I was actually thinking of going to the expo, but it just didn't work out.

So glad it's Friday. I get to have two days off and I shall make the most of them.

I made a nice mexican dinner tonight. Chili rellenos. My niece is headed to UNR next week and asked if I would make her this dinner before she goes. Couldn't say no to that.
I have made this a few times and never did it make my hands burn. You see you have to clean out the chilies (Anaheim I think). This time my hand is still buring and I have touched places and they hurt. I must remind myself not to rub my eyes and hope I don't get a bad itch someplace. :thumbsup
Oh and my granddaughter turned completely over today two times. She has come close a few times but hear arm was always in the way. Now she had realized how to move it out of her way. So cute.

Just wanted to share this information that SarahMay posted on Facebook, and she asked that we repost it here. One of our group members, Vicki/bsblgrl23, has apparently had a stroke. We are waiting on more details, but for now if you can spare some prayers and good thoughts for her, it would be much appreciated. Thank-you.

That is so hard to believe! I hope that Sarah will let Vicki know that we are all praying for her recovery. Very scary to think someone so young could suffer a stroke.

My DD made me an egg sandwich for breakfast. This was a nice change since I am usually the only that makes anything around here.

Headed to the movies with a coworker later to see The Help. Looking forward to see it with her.

Hello everyone!

It was a restless night for me. I couldn't sleep and then Ruben's work called at 1 a.m. to ask if he could work today. Can I just say that the phone ringing at that hour nearly gave me a heart attack!!! First the loudness of it (it's right near my bed) scared me and then getting a phone call in the middle of night is almost never good news.

So I hardly slept, and then woke up at 5 a.m. Needless to say, a nap is on tap for today.

Hope everyone else has more exciting plans!!

I couldn't find an opening date for this. Hope everything still works out for us to do our annual Princess group photo. I'd be sad if I didn't get the chance to wear my tiara!
