Ellen and I will most ilkely be flying into SNA (Orange County) Friday morning just before 9 am. I normally take a cab from there to the hotel, but in an effort to save money, I may look into the DL Express bus or a super shuttle. Does anyone have any experience with either of these and the costs?

I posted a link to a shuttle. I think that is the DL Express. I googled the name and the link popped up.:)

That is a very nice offer!:thumbsup2
I would love to live in San Diego....especially right now.:cold:

OMG, I would love to live in San Diego right now too!!! Spokane, and my back yard, looks like a very DEEP Winter Wonderland! Good grief.....how much more snow can we get?!!!:scared1:

Car accidents galore up here right now. There's so much snow, and the snow is sooooo slick, that even a snow plow got stuck yesterday. Talk about irony!:lmao:

Super shuttle is $10 Each way from SNA.

Here is the shuttle I was looking at:
http://graylineanaheim.com/ I am not sure of any others out there. I saw this shuttle a lot when I was down there in August.
That seems nice. Where do you get dropped off at?

Yikes!! I feel for ya! I am so glad I don't have to deal with snow this year. Although I'll be less glad to be here when it's 110 degrees out this summer. :rotfl:

Well my mode of transportation will be the train. I get on in Hanford, and go to Bakersfield. Then I hop on a bus to LA. From there I get back on the train again to Anaheim. From there is the ART, that will take me directly to HoJos or wherever. Sounds kind of crazy, but I've done the train alot and really like it. I've even taken it across the US a couple of times with my Sisters and Mom. We had a blast! :dance3:

Super shuttle has a good rate. Hmmm....

Good question because I am not sure. I think that it drops me off at Hojo's.
Oh, that's nice then. My bus has a list of hotels that it drops off at. Of course HOJO isn't one of them. So I have to find out what hotels are close to HOJO so I can just get dropped off at one of those.

Anyone know a way I can do that? A map of some sort? Or does anyone know what's near HOJO?

Hey, I know Hanford! My mom used to live there. We've been there many times. I still have a Great Aunt who lives there, but now that my mom's not there anymore we don't get over there much.

Isn't the Fairfield Inn close to Hojo's? I am trying to think of what is close...all I see in my mind is Mimi's Cafe.popcorn::

I actually live in Tulare, about 20 miles east of Hanford. Hanford is the closest train depot.

Lorealle, I want to extend a huge THANKS to you for setting this up for us and all of your help!

You totally ROCK!:cool1:

You HAVE to find the time to meet up with us! If you have a day off, spend the day with us! Or if you don't have a day off, maybe you could meet us for dinner in DTD? You are, after all, one of the DisBoards Ladies, so your attendance is practically a requirement!:rotfl:

It's my pleasure!! I'm so glad that this worked out! And I will keep myself updated on your trip itinerary because I definitely want to come and meet up with you ladies for a bit!

I have this map printed out, and stuck in my Disney file. It's a nice reference to have around. :goodvibes

It is nice to have. I like that he has the links with the hotel names so you just click and it takes you to the website for that specific hotel.

OMG 10 bucks.

To and from Ontario it's $41 for the first person in a group. This is me, thwapping myself on the head for flying into ONT last December. thwomp thwomp thwomp.

I just wish he had the links so they opened in a new window.

********
So I was considering the Grayline, because we saw the bus near the Anabella in December and it's all pretty and Disneyland-ish, but the price on the SS is just too good.

On the other hand, the SS driver from Ontario airport scared me half to death, with his texting and talking and turning his head to talk and answering the phone... But SNA is closer than ONT. Is it highway driving, city driving, or a combo? Seemed to be all highway driving from ONT.
