Merry Christmas everyone. So far it's been a very interesting holiday. Don't have much time, but I will update everyone soon.
Sorry I haven't been on much lately, I've been working 15-18 hour days at work due to some big filings as we get ready for a BIG trial. It will slow down just in time for the holidays to be all over. I'm such NOT a Christmas eve/weekend shopper, but that's 90% of my shopping this year!

Wow, sorry you've been so busy. I hope things slow down soon. You sound like you could definitely use a break!!

Christmas day is here!! I hope everyone had a good morning. This has been a busy month for me as I have had company much of it.
Of course, company means excuses to go to DL!! I was there Dec 10 and 11 with a good friend and her hubby visting from OK, and spent the day December 20th with my parents(visiting from OH) and DD7. I pushed my 205 lb. dad all over DL and CA!!! I never noticed all the gradual slopes and inclines before ! Holy smoke..I was beat by the time we went home!! My mom wore her pedometer...and she walked 6.2 miles!!! Amazingly, I was not at all sore the next day. Miracle!!
My dad is severely crippled from arthritis, both Rheumatoid and osteo---but was a serious trooper. At 77...the man went on Space Mountain and ToT!!!!
Anyway...things will get back to normal soon...and hopefully I will get back on the band wagon and get my butt back to the YMCA and into a swimsuit and the pool!!!

Oh, and can't wait for the trip!! It will fun do the adult things!! In early December my hubby and friends did the Segway....maybe it is my turn!!!

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a good Christmas. Don't know if I posted this be fore or not but DBF's sister and her son (age 5 or 6 I think) are coming to visit in February from Albuquerque, NM and of corse she wants to go to Disneyland (she's never been). Yay! Another trip!

Hello ladies! I hope everyone had a nice Christmas. We did but so busy. Just got home from CA today and what should have been a 5 hour drive took over 7. Lots of traffic and some accidents.

Anyways, I've got tons to do today and tomorrow. I have to admit, I'll be glad when New Years is over and things can get back to normal around here. I'm tired!!

I haven't been around here in awhile, but unless something drastic has happened, I'm fairly sure anyone can join anytime! I mean, someone walking up to the group and joining during the trip probably wouldn't get a t-shirt and would likely have to find their own hotel room, but I doubt they'd be turned away.

I am getting really excited about this trip...although if the cost of flights don't come down, I am not sure if I will be able to afford it. All I can do is keep checking and keeping my fingers crossed that I can find something.

Sounds like everyone has been as busy as me the last few days. Here it is, the 27th of December, and I'm still exhausted from all the family parties on Christmas eve and Christmas day (which DH and I hosted). I'm totally serious.....I'm still feeling exhausted today. Oh, if only I could get the elusive good night sleep under my belt, I might feel better. Having babies really does change sleeping patterns for the long term.....my kids aren't even babies anymore (DS 8 and DS 4), but I still wake up every hour or two all night long. Ugh, it drives me crazy.

Anyway, I wanted to check in so I wouldn't be reported as M.I.A. or AWOL.

Hope everyone is recouping because now there's New Years looming ahead.

Hi all! My dh finally took some time this evening and threw this together.
He says there are all kinds of options with this design. The t-shirts don't have to be fitted. The graphic could potentially be textured so it would feel fuzzy or soft. The color of the t-shirt and graphic can be changed as well. I just liked the look of brown w/pink or lime green since it's so couture. Let me know your thoughts.

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! Mine was great, and actually relaxing for a change. My whole family got together a couple days before Christmas and on the actual day, my mom and I opened presents, ate lots of food, and watched Ratatouille together.
Since then I've just been working and I think I'm starting to get sick! Yesterday I had a sniffly nose and today I woke up with a sore throat and a little congestion. Eeeek! I can't get sick right now!
Anyhoo...love the new tshirt design! I like the pink/brown and I also like the martini design we saw earlier in the thread. I'm so excited for this trip!

I know the DisBoard color is lime green, and it looks great with the brown, but I kinda like the look of the brown with pink better. Brown and pink seem to compliment each other better.

But they both look super, so whichever color everyone decides they like is great with me.

Sounds like you had a really nice time! That's good. I hope you don't get sick though. Take some Airborne. That seems to help me.

I like them both alot! I think with these and the martini glass one, we've got some really cute shirts to wear.

One question, can they be made with a V or Scoop neck? If not that's fine, I just always feel like I am choking in a regular neck t-shirt. kwim?

Super cute t-shirts! I like the lime and the pink...I am more partial to pink since it is my favorite color. They look awesome! I cannot wait to get one!

No I haven't done the normal (for me) after Christmas shopping, I'm trying to avoid it and save some money. Although I've seen the circulars and they are pretty tempting.

Anyway I'm partial to the pink/brown shirt as well as the martini glass.

Good morning, ladies!
I did get some shopping done this week. We all got quite a few gift cards and I got a really nice gift from the office I was working as a sub in. It was a $50 gift card to the mall and a $15 to Red Robin. So, I went to the Disney Store (of course) and bought some of the Home stuff that is black and white. I got the serving spoon and fork, the salt and pepper shaker, serving bowl, and trivet. I wanted the vase, but I asked for that for my birthday. I love black and white for the kitchen so I am happy.

I am shopping online today for airfare for the ladies trip. What time is everyone planning on getting there?
