Just wanted to let you all know that we are set for the BBQ on Sat. at 2:30pm. I made the resie for 12 people so there is room for 1 more according to the list on the first page.

Okay, I lied. There is more for the group to do/think about this weekend. In addition to the items listed in my earlier post, we also need to pin point a group photo location.

We've done the castle, we've done the Mickey when you first walk in. Both turned out lovely. Nothing wrong with doing either one of those again. I'd be okay with that.

BUT if anyone else has any ideas of a new, good photo op location that will easily accommodate 35-40 ladies, and will not be too far from the start location of the scavenger hunt which takes place right after, PLEASE share. Thank you!!

We need to make sure we can get a Photopass person there as well...

My font colors haven't worked for.......well, for a long time.

The only way I can get them to work is after I post, go back and click on Edit and then the colors are available.

Me either. I want to try it but since I don't drink, odds are I'll hate it and someone will need to be handy to finish my glass. lol

I see you've had many offers, and I'll stand in line behind the others...

Magicale is only at DL, DCA and WDW (not sure about the other parks). Don't waste your time looking for it anywhere else or online. There is one shipper in Hawaii that Theresa found but I think they can only ship to Hawaii so she did not use them.

I didn't know that Magical was available at WDW! I thought it was only at DLR. I know that WDW has an exclusive wine calle Fairy Tale Cuvee. I have a bottle of it to drink on our 10th anniversary. It's really yummy and made by Iron Horse winery.

That's my favorite ride, and I can NEVER get her to ride it with me. You're going to have to hook her up to a margerita intravenously to even stand a chance of getting her on the TOT, and if you do get her on the TOT, I'll buy YOU a margerita!

So the first person to get Capri on TOT gets a margerita? I'm up for the challenge, all we have to do is get into her room and hold all her diet pepsi hostage!

Capri, it's not that bad, I promise! The series of drops is short and fun, not like what the Maliboomer does to you. Do you ride any of the other E tickets over at DL? Space? Splash? BTMRR?

Oh heck yeah! LOVE Space, BTMRR, and Indy! Splash is okay too. Never been on Maliboomer and never will.

I've been on TOT once, but that was at WDW. Couldn't wait for it to end, but I've got to say, some of our drops were looooooooooooong ones.

I see I'm going to need to bring my whip.....

Come on, if you ride, I'll ride. I've only been on it once but I'll tell you my trick. Keep your eyes shut the whole time, and ask to sit on the end, furthest on the inside. They have this bar thingy on the side there that I gripped onto and it was nice and stable and easy to get a death grip on.

Well, its blurry, but these were adult footed pj's with the grinch, pirate or thing 1 and thing 2 on them. The feet looked like slippers, but they were the footed part...LOL The pirate ones were cute!

I too have never listened to the party lines. Where are these located?
I've never seen the Billy & the Hillbillies show either. It's always the other show that's going on the day I go. (seen the one where they play bachelor game a few times now though).

I still need to decide on my candy, but will be going to Costco this weekend to price things out.

They are located in the coffee shop on mainstreet on the right hand side if you are looking at the castle. I won't know my candy until the after valentines day sales....all I know is it will be chocolate!

I don't think it's been posted. I just assumed, dangerously so, that it would be at the same location as last time, the start of Main Street. But I could be wrong. Mel? Do you know?

Is the Rivers of America going to open? I thought I'd heard it was going to be blocked off for refurbishments but I don't really keep up with that so maybe someone else can comment for sure. If not, that would be pretty.

If the staircase in NOS is open I think that would be a great location for a group photo!

Sorry I missed the group last night for Jenn's visit. Sounds like you guys had a really nice time. And yes, Laila is an exemplary child. Always so good. I understand why she is such a joy to Katie.

I have never been a fan of footy PJ's. I suffur from sweaty feet when I wear them and then I am all locked up in my jammies with a sweaty foot sauna. Not good.

Oh, and Capri, Tower of Terror is MY favorite...really. MY DD at age 7 said, "Kids wouldn't be so scared of it if they changed the name to tall ride with random bumps". Just a thought.

Hey I didn't tell you about the drama on my street. A neighbor man with dementia hijacked his wife's car at the post office and drove home. He first drove through the garage of a house two doors down...hit the back wall, broke the window in the back, drove through the garage door, screeched backwards into our driveway, luckily remembered which was the brake before going through our garage and my DH's just painted 66 corvette and then drove up the street and drove into his own garage through the wooden door. I came home to find my littel cul de sac full of three firetrucks, one ambulance and 6 police cars. The gentleman in question was taken to the hospital, and is luckily allright. How sad, my heart bleeds for his wife.

Okay back to DL planning.
