I am rushing to get things done so I can meet everyone tonight at DL. Kerry, we will miss you.

Linda, (and anyone interested in this topic) I had a very bad eyebrow waxing experience. And it was from a gal who had done my brows twice before with no problem. I will not wax again.

And Vietnamese pedicures... I suffered for years with a toe infection from one of those. Three doctors couldn't help and it just literally took years but it finally healed.

So sometimes you are better off not doing so much.

Not to scare you but it might be GERD. Mine didn't set in until I was in my mid twenties. There are some great things for this at the vitamin stores now a days though that you can take to manage it and still be able to eat spicy / rich food fairly regularly (DH & I eat pretty spicy mexican or indian at least 3 times a week).

After googling all day I was thinking that. But I’m not burping acidy stuff. I have this pain right in between my chest and my belly button. It hurts more when I burp or hiccup, but there’s nothing coming up, like no food taste. I took Pepcid this morning and it hasn’t helped, I took Pepto before lunch and nothing. And I took Gas X yesterday and again nada.

I was looking up ulcer caused by h. pylori. I’m really uncomfortable so I called my doctor and they can’t see me until Monday at 4. I’m thinking if it doesn’t go away by tomorrow (it would be 72 hours straight), then I’ll go to the urgent care. But really, who knows what’s going on. I’m probably wrong about the ulcer.

What is threading?

Threading is when they take a long piece of thread and double it, then they hold one side in their hand and the other in their mouth (ick) and twist it, then they pull it so it twists and untwists quite fast and put that on your eyebrows and yank them out. I did it and I hated it (plus they messed it up bad).

After the frustration of two of our names getting snatched (we had one word the same) , we have our name finally.

Of course. I actually left a deposit while we were still on board. They were have a promotion so we will get $50-$200 on board credit (depending on the length of the cruise). I think DBF and I are going in March for spring break and we are trying to paln a Family and Friends Reunion cruise in June. Both of these will just be the 4 day (Fri-Mon).

LOL I should've known better. I do believe you are officially hooked. That's good. I'm glad you are having fun with all the cruises.

I'd be willing to print & laminate these, do I just ask people to PM me? Or is someone already doing this?

Kerry, I was going to do it, but if you feel like you'd like to tackle it, let me know.
All you need to do is type a post asking everyone to PM you with their cell number by a certain date of your choosing, and then once you have them all, print and laminate.

I was also going to ask everyone to say whether or not they allow or receive texts.
So it would look something like this:
mommaU4/Beth 702-555-1234 (yes)
And the yes would mean whether or not they accept texts since last time a couple requested no texting.

Hey Beth, did you happen to change my picture on the front page to the one I posted a few days ago? If you could that would be great!

OUCH!!!!!!!! I don't think I could do the threading.

I just wax. I have done it long enough that it only hurts when the wax is too hot.

Courtney---I don't recommend tea with stomach pain if it is your stomach. The tannins in it are really hard on the stomach. I worry that the site of your pain really isn't the area of your stomach. Acid reflux usually hurts right below the end of your breast bone and if it is esophagitis it often feels like you have something stuck in your throat. If you think anatomically, the stomach is pretty high in you abdomen, right below the ribs. Maybe you could call your doctor and get a little more aggressive about the amount of pain you are in. When my DH had appendicitis he kept complaining about his stomach, so I blew him off. Instead of actual stomach...it was more mid abdomen.

Okay, off the medical diatribe. I am afaid I always consider the worst case scenario.

Went couch shopping this AM. Hate it...really. I think we will never get a new couch since I cannot deal with looking. Last time I furniture shopped was about 6 years ago, it sucked, I didn't buy a couch...so we still have the same one that needed replaced 6 years ago.

Anyone want to come and shop for a couch for me?

Amy - I LOVE shopping for furniture! Actually, any big tickets items I love to shop for....furniture, cars, boats, houses, etc. Shopping for clothes, shoes, bags, and all that stuff, I'm not fond of at all. But the big tickets item are so fun to shop for. Probably because I hardly ever get to shop for them.

I would totally shop for a new couch for you if I lived down there.
