Ok, I just watched the video and now I am crying buckets! You did such a good job and picked the perfect song! I can not even begin to imagine the emotions of finding out your child has diabetes after watching that video and now knowing more about what it really means.

On another note, I get to work a double again tomorrow. Money for the trip...money for the trip...I just keep telling myself to be happy that I have the opportunity to have...money for the trip. I am really starting to miss my kids! Speaking of which I should go take the opportunity to be with them.

I sooooooo want to be in disneyland right now!!! Just sitting at the start of Main street, eating a gibson girl ice cream and watching the crowds. Ahhh, the feeling of home and happiness. Yup...that's where I want to be.

Hi everyone!
I got back from DLR at 8pm. It was DEAD! It was amazing. The longest line we had was for Peter Pan and it was 10 minutes. Space Mountain had a weight time of 10 or 5 minutes but really it should have said "10 minute walk" because seriously it took forever to get to the ride itself, no line in sight.

This was my ride list for today

I'm just wondering, as there weren't many last time, if anyone going to the Girl's Only Trip is in their early 20s? I was just wondering if I would have more girls who I would have more in common with. Not that I don't love hanging out with all of you but many (or most) of you are mothers or near the same age so you have more in common with each other.

I'm also excited about MHT. I'm going in early October and I can't wait. I went to the Disney Store and they are selling these reusable bags. One is of Jack Skellington and the other is of Wall-E. They are $2.50/EA and they work as a shoulder bag. These would be good for stocking up on candy during MHT or just trick-or treating. They also have a sale on women's t-shirts for $5/EA. Just thought I'd share.

My DD who came last time (Christine, the one at Biola) is doing a study-abroad semester January-May in Uganda so she won't be able to come this time

How about if we all just ACT like we're in our early 20's (not from the 1920's), I don't think it would be that much of a stretch!!

I'm 23! I'll be 24 by the time March rolls around. So you wont be the only young'n! (I can tell these "women" don't act their ages though, but shh! don't tell them I said that. I'm sure that can't read this with their old lady eyes!)
